This study aims to examine the factors influencing the application of Artificial Intelligence (Al) in detecting tax fraud on Vietnam's e-commerce platforms. The findings indicate that organizational capacity, management policies, and technological infrastructure play critical roles in facilitating the implementation of Al-based tax fraud detection systems. The study reveals the mediating role of artificial intelligence applications. Specifically, it examines the indirect impact of human resource capacity and management policies on tax fraud detection through Al. Notably, technical infrastructure shows the strongest impact on tax fraud detection through Al, with a standardized estimate = 0.166 and a statistical significance level of p = 0.004.
