The study aims to establish a model to determine the factors leading to the usage of cash-free payment methods among consumers in Can Tho City. The current situation indicates an increasing trend in the use of non-cash payments in Can Tho City. The research was conducted to examine the factors influencing the intention to use non-cash payments, identify the influencing factors, and provide solutions to further promote the intention to use non-cash payment methods among consumers in Can Tho City. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach Alpha testing methods, ANOVA tests, correlation analysis, and regression analysis methods were employed to determine the factors affecting the intention to use non-cash payments among consumers in the area.
