This study focuses on the relationship between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction of employees in IT enterprises in Vietnam. In this sector, employee job satisfaction plays a fundamental role in enhancing employee motivation and contribution to the success of the organization. Data were used from a survey of 405 employees working in IT enterprises in Vietnam. The results from the SEM model show that there are 3 dimensions of transformational leadership style that have a positive impact on job satisfaction of employees in the IT industry: Idealized Influence, Inspirational motivation and Intellectual stimulation. Meanwhile, the dimension "Individual Consideration" has no significant impact on job satisfaction of employees in IT enterprises in Vietnam.
