Determinants of financial performance: the case of listed food firms in Vietnam - Quantile regression

This study investigates the determinants of financial performance of food manufacturing companies. Data is collected from 41 listed companies in the food manufacturing companies for the period 2015-2022. The quantile regression method is used to test the research hypotheses with the support of Stata 15 software. The research results show that the financial performance is positively impacted by the current ratio, ratio of fixed and assets size, while the financial performance is negatively affected by financial leverage.
