Determining an optimal capital structure for a business is challenging due to the influence of various factors. This study collects data from 30 food and beverage (F&B) enterprises during the period from 2017 to 2023 to analyze the impact of asset structure on the capital structure of these enterprises. The research results show that the ratio of tangible fixed assets is positively correlated with the capital structure of businesses. Additionally, the study indicates that the capital structure is also affected by the Revenue growth rate, Profitability, Firm size, Firm age, and Current ratio.
